In the event of a credit card dispute resolved in favor of our company, the customer will be billed a $25.00 processing fee.
Items that are out of stock:
If a item is not in stock when you order it you will be notified of via email or telephone as to when it will become available. If you cannot wait until the item is back in stock and cannot find an item on the site to replace it you will receive a full refund on your order.
Entering an event date does not guarantee that your order will arrive by that date. Please keep in mind that we have a 3-7 business days processing time plus transit time to your area. Please contact us if you are unsure or if you need your order processed as a rush 1-866-993-2867.

Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience with us. call us at 1-866-993-2867 for a Return Authorization and Ship to Address BEFORE you return it. We reserve the right to reject any refused packages from our customers. Refused packages will be charged for round trip shipping charges.
This MUST be done within 7 days of receiving your order. We will accept authorized returns only within 14 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.
Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee. Please note that customized orders, edible items, wedding cameras, discontinued favors, bubbles and confectionery merchandise are not returnable. We must receive the returned items within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. Returned items must include your full name and order #. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receiving your merchandise.
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, at our discretion. Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We CANNOT be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair. Damages: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO REPLACE DAMAGED PIECES ON SCREEN PRINTED ITEMS. WE CAN ONLY OFFER CREDIT. Please be sure that your customer orders enough pieces to cover all contingencies. All damage or shortage claims MUST be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS.
You may cancel your order at anytime, as long as it has not been shipped. Any canceled orders will be subject to 5% cancellation charge due to transaction fees we incur if your credit card has already been processed.
What Are Your Shipping Costs?
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your items and the destination, according to UPS rates. Please note that oversize, overweight and shipments to the western United States may incur additional freight charges not calculated by our website calculator. You can find out your shipping costs by adding your items to the shopping cart and click on estimate tab. For your convenience, you will not need to enter all your personal information. Simply, input your zip code and view your shipping costs. Due to constantly changing rates for fuel and UPS charges, ALL freight quotes on this website are approximate and may vary. We cannot be held responsible for any difference between estimated freight quotes and actual freight charges. If you need an exact freight quote, please contact us.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered as a shipping destination will be received by the customer. If package is left at the door by UPS, it will be the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure receipt.
Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address such as Apt. #, Floor, or Suite #.
In the event that the customer makes any changes to the shipping address after the package has been scanned into the UPS system, Doyouneedafavor.com is not responsible for any delay or additional charges that may incur as a result of changes or missing information made by the customer. Your credit card will be charged accordingly. Any packages shipped to an incorrect address will incur a UPS $11.00 surcharge PER PACKAGE. UPS considers a missing apt. number or building number or anything that varies from the actual address as an incorrect address. If UPS charges us for any address change at all, you agree that your credit card will be charged $11.00 PER PACKAGE. Freight charges calculated by our website are APPROXIMATE and may vary depending on whether a package is overweight, oversize, or shipping to the West Coast of the United States or to Canada. Exact shipping costs cannot be determined unless order is packaged and set on our UPS scale. We will not be responsible for orders that get lost, arrive late, mislabeled boxes, processing mistakes, orders left at the customer’s door by UPS and not recovered or orders that arrive damaged. UPS is the carrier….not us. If UPS leaves a package at a customer’s door and customer claims they not receive it, customer will have to contact UPS directly to generate an investigation. We will not be responsible to expedite a replacement order by any other means but UPS ground unless customer wants to pay for express shipment. For any order that is left at door by UPS and not recovered by customer, it is the total responsibility of the customer to generate a claim and/or investigation for the packages.
