How Do I Make A Purchase?
Simply navigate to the item you are interested in purchasing, if there is an option for color or a box for personalization please enter the information and then click on the yellow "Add to Shopping Cart". In your shopping cart you can change the quantity to any quantity you need, but the quantity must meet our minimum ordering requirements for that item.
After you have finished your selection, you may continue shopping or checkout using the buttons found on your shopping cart page. Once you decide to check out, all transactions become secure and encrypted with SSL technology for protection of your personal and financial information.
What Is The Minimum Order Quantity?
Do You Need A Favor has a minimum order requirement for most products on our website. Minimum quantity is listed for each product in the product description. You are welcome to place an order in any quantity above our minimum order.

What Are My Payment Options?
We accept AMEX, Master Card, Visa and Discover Cards. We also accept money orders, cashier checks, and personal checks.
If you are paying by check, all checks will take approximately 7 to 10 days to clear in our bank after we have received payment before we will ship your order.
What Is The Currency For All Prices On Your Site?
All prices are quoted in US Dollars. We are unable to give currency rate conversions on our prices.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason . We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience with us.
If you need to return merchandise for any reason (for example, the affair gets cancelled), we will take back the merchandise up to 2 weeks after the date that we ship it. Unfortunately there is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise only- round trip freight must be at your expense. Sorry, but we cannot offer this service if the item has been discontinued, on samples or any personalized items.
This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.
What Are The Sales Tax Charges?
All orders shipped to destinations within the state of New York are charged a 8.375% sales tax on the product price not including shipping charges. Orders shipped outside of New York are exempt from sales tax.

Do You Accept Rush Orders?
We understand wedding planning is stressful enough, getting your favors shouldn't be! If by chance, you forgot to place an order with adequate lead time, we are happy to help. In most instances we are able to ship within 24 to 72 hours, and we offer UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select to get the products to you faster. Of course, faster shipping will incurr additional charges.

In most instances we can, but during busy wedding season (April thru Septemeber) our turn around times on shipping may increase. Please note, personalized products are not eligible for rush status.

What Is Product Availability?
We carry most of the products featured on our website. On occasion, products may be backordered which will be noted in the product description, with an expected in stock date. We make every effort to keep items in stock, however, during busy wedding season (April - September), some items may go out of stock for short periods of time.
If a item is not in stock when you order it you will be notified of via email or telephone as to when it will become available. If you cannot wait until the item is back in stock and cannot find an item on the site to replace it you will receive a full refund on your order.
If a product is backordered, you are welcome to place an order, but please note, your order will not ship until it comes back in stock in our inventory.
Can I Cancel My Order After It Is Placed?
You may cancel your order at anytime, as long as it has not been shipped. Any canceled orders will be subject to 5% cancellation charge due to transaction fees we incur after your credit card is processed. Please pay attention to minimum order quantities and out of stock items, as this will result in a 5% charge if your order is canceled.
What If My Item Is Damaged?
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair.
All damage or shortage claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS.
