Shipping Rates


Most orders ship from our warehouse within 3-7 business days from the date the order is placed.
Most Items ship from New York. Check the map for transit days to your state.
Delivery time is 3-7 business days, PLUS transit time shown for your state on the map below.
UPS will not deliver to a P O Box. Please provide us with a valid street address!

Shipping charges are based on the quantity of boxes and weight of your order. You can find out your shipping costs by adding your items to the shopping cart. For your convenience, you will not need to enter all your personal information, just your shipping zip code.

Please note: Heavy weight items and shipments with multiple items may incur additional charges.

**It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered as a shipping destination will be received by the customer. If package is left at the door by UPS, it will be the customer's sole responsibility to ensure receipt.

Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address such as Apt. #, Floor, or Suite #. In the event that the customer makes any changes to the shipping address after the package has been scanned into the UPS system, Do You Need a Favor is not responsible for any delay or additional charges that may incur as a result of changes or missing information made by the customer. Your credit card will be charged accordingly.

Planning a Party can be stressful, we are here to make sure that ordering your favors is "stree free"! Items that need to be recieved before our normal processing and delivery time frame can be processed as a "Rush" order. In most instances we are able to ship within 24 to 48 hours, and we offer expedited shipping options to have your products delivered faster. If by chance you forgot to place an order with adequate lead time, we are happy to help.  There is a $20 service fee for all rush orders, in addition to any expedited shipping charges. From time to time situations such as weather, natural disasters, UPS delays or other issues that are beyond our control may arise. We will do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible however, we cannot be responsible for last minute orders that do not arrive on time. Under no circumstance will Do You Need a Favor, UPS, FEDEX or USPS refund any shipping charges related to a "Rush Order" if the packages are delayed due to situations that are beyond our control. Should you choose to place a rush order you assume all risk and liability of the round trip shipping charges if the items do not arrive in time.

Shipping charges for Canada *DO NOT INCLUDE duties taxes and/or brokerage fees. It is the customer's responsibility to have funds available for UPS upon delivery of your order. You will receive an e-mail with a UPS tracking # as soon as your order leaves our warehouse; this will allow you to keep track of when UPS will deliver your order. In the event that an item is undeliverable or the customer does not have funds available and the package is returned to is the customer's responsibility to pay for any additional shipping incurred to us from UPS.
