How do I place an order?
Just select your favorite items and click on the check out button in the shopping cart. You can get a shipping estimate by clicking on the shipping estimate link in the shopping cart. Follow the on screen directions into our secure cart and place your order.

How do I order by phone?
We accept orders by phone 1-845-981-7330 or toll-free at 1-866-993-2867. Our customer service representatives are available Monday-Friday. 9AM to 4PM EST to assist you.

Can you rush my order?
If you need your items rushed please call us at 1-845-981-7730 or toll free 1-866-993-2867 during our regular business hours Monday-Friday 9AM to 4PM EST. We will do our best to accommodate your special request. There is a $20 dollar fee on all rush orders.

From time to time situations such as weather, natural disasters, UPS delays or other issues that are beyond our control may arise. We will do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible however, we cannot be responsible for last minute orders that do not arrive on time. Under no circumstance will Do You Need a Favor, UPS, FEDEX or USPS refund any shipping charges related to a "Rush Order" or expedited delivery requests if the packages are delayed due to situations that are beyond our control. Should you choose to place a rush order you assume all risk and liability of the round trip shipping charges if the items do not arrive on time.

What payment options do you accept?
Our store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged when orders are shipped within the state of New York.

Do you have a minimum-order requirement?
Most of our products do have minimum order requirements. This is how we bring such huge savings to our customers. Some exceptions do apply.

How can I check the status of my order?
It is simple and easy. Just e-mail us your order number and we will respond with your order status. Or you may call us at 1-845-981-7330 or toll free 1-866-993-2867. Please have your order number when calling.

Will I get a confirmation after I place my order?
You will immediately receive an email confirmation after you place your order.

How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations of products are allowed as long as the item has not been shipped. Any canceled orders will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee for transaction fees we incurr after your credit card has been processed. Personalized orders cannot be cancelled or changed after production of your item has begun.

Return Guarantee and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We take the utmost care and concern to make sure you will be pleased with your order. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us at 1-845-981-7330 or toll free 1-866-993-2867 for a return authorization within 5 days of receipt. Please note, your return authorization number will expire 5 days after issuance. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment as long as the items are unused and in original packaging. We DO NOT accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders. Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges to return items to us PLUS a 15% restocking fee.

We highly advise that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method (UPS). Returned items MUST include your full name and order number.

How long does it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your returned items your credit will be issued on your account within 5 business days.

Can I return personalized or edible items?
Due to the nature of these items personalized or edible favors and gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What if I received my order but some items are damaged?
Please call our customer service representatives at 1-845-981-7330 or toll free 1-866-993-2867 to inform us of the damage. You must provide us with photos to show damages. Once the photos are reviewed, we will issue credit or send you replacements, at our discretion. We will make every effort to correct the problem to ensure your wedding is a success. All damage or shortage claims MUST be made within 5 days of receiving your order. We WILL NOT be responsible for any air or shipping charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair due to damages, lost packages, human error or incorrect items that may have shipped by accident. We urge you to place orders within a reasonable time frame to allow for situations that may arise.

Sorry, but we cannot replace damaged pieces on orders shipped outside of the United States. We can issue credit upon receipt of digital photos documenting the damage. On shipments to Canada, please make sure you order a sufficient quantity to cover all contingencies.

Many of the items we feature are handmade and/or hand painted, Do You Need a Favor is not responsible for any variations in design, color, size, shape, weight or accessories (for example: stones, crystals, pearls, tags, etc.). Due to the fact that items are manufactured at different times the coloring of an item or packaging shown in the photo or detailed in the product description may also vary. As such, we are unable to guarantee exact coloring, design, shape or weight.. We will not be held responsible for any claim related to variations of coloring of an item, its packing etc... or any fees that may arise to remedy such claims. Coloring and packaging may change without notice.

When will my order ship?
All items ship within 3-7 days of processing. Any special personalized items will ship within one week.We ship from NY. Check the map to transit times to your state.
Remember, delivery time is 3-7 days PLUS transit time to your state shown on map.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Do you ship to Canada?
We do ship to Canada. Be aware shipping charges to Canada DO NOT include any additional Tariffs, Duties or Taxes.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S or Canada.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and the destination, according to UPS rates. Please note that oversize, overweight and shipments to the western United States may incur additional freight charges not calculated by our website calculator.

What are your shipping choices?
We use UPS and offer ground shipping, 3-day guaranteed delivery, 2-day guaranteed delivery and overnight delivery.

Will the items in my order ship together or separately?
Due to the fact that we carry a unique selection of products, some orders with multple items may arrive separately. You will be notified if your order will come in separate shipments. Please Note: orders with multiple items that ship from different warehouses my incurr additional shipping charges. If this is the case, you will be notified before items ship via e-mail or phone call.
