I Need to Return my Order?
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order and proudly stand behind everything we sell . Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience with us. This must be done within 5 days of receiving your order. We will accept authorized returns only within 5 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.
Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee. Please note that customized orders, edible items, wedding cameras, discontinued favors, bubbles and confectionery merchandise are not returnable. We must receive the returned items within 5 days from the day the return authorization was issued. Returned items must include your full name and order #. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days upon receiving your merchandise.
I Have Damaged Favors?
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, at our discretion. Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service.
We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair.

You must provide us with Photos to show damages. Once photos are reviewed we will ship out replacements or issue credit. Please e-mail photos along with your order # to sales@doyouneedafavor.com.

Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any shipping charges other than UPS ground freight that may arise from damages, lost packages, human error or incorrect items that may have shipped by accident. We urge you to place orders within a reasonable time frame to allow for situations that may arise. All Damage or Shortage claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise.

Can I Cancel my Order?
You may cancel your order at anytime, as long as it has not been shipped. Any canceled orders will be subject to 5% cancellation charge due to transaction fees we incur if your credit card has already been processed.
