How Do I Make A Purchase?
Simply navigate to the item you are interested in purchasing, if there is an option for color or a box for personalization please enter the information and then click on the "Add to Cart" button.  In your shopping cart you can change the quantity to any quantity you need.  After you have finished your selection, you may continue shopping or checkout using the buttons found on your shopping cart page.  Once you decide to check out, all transactions become secure and encrypted with SSL technology for protection of your personal and financial information.

What Is The Minimum Order Quantity?
Do You Need A Favor has a minimum order requirement for most products on our website. Minimum quantity is listed for each product in the quantity box. You are welcome to place an order in any quantity above our minimum order.

What Are Your Shipping Costs?
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your items and the destination, according to UPS rates. You can find out your shipping costs by adding your items to the shopping cart and click on the "estimate" shipping tab. For your convenience, you will not need to enter all your personal information. Simply, input your zip code and view your shipping costs.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered as a shipping destination will be received by the customer.  If package is left at the door by UPS, it will be the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure receipt.

Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address such as Apt. #, Floor, or Suite #.

In the event that the customer makes any changes to the shipping address after the package has been scanned into the UPS system, Doyouneedafavor.com is not responsible for any delay or additional charges that may incur as a result of changes or missing information made by the customer. Your credit card will be charged accordingly.

What Is The Currency For All Prices On Your Site?
All prices are quoted in US Dollars.  We are unable to give currency rate conversions on our prices.

What Is Your Return Policy?
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order and proudly stand behind everything we sell. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience with us. If you need to return something (for example, the affair gets cancelled), please send an email to returns@doyouneedafavor.com  or
call us at 1-866-993-2867 for a Return Authorization and Ship to Address BEFORE you return it.
This MUST be done within 7 days of receiving your order. We will accept authorized returns only within 14 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.

Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee. Please note that customized orders, edible items, wedding cameras, discontinued favors, bubbles and confectionery merchandise are not returnable. We must receive the returned items within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. Returned items must include your full name and order #. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

                                                                                                    
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receiving your merchandise.

What Are The Sales Tax Charges?
All orders shipped to destinations within the state of New York are charged a 8.875% sales tax on the product price not including shipping charges.  Orders shipped outside of New York are exempt from sales tax.

Orders can be placed over the telephone toll free at 1-866-99-FAVOR (866-993-2867) during our normal business hours Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 4 PM

Do You Accept Rush Orders?
We understand wedding planning is stressful enough, getting your favors shouldn't be!  If by chance, you forgot to place an order with adequate lead time, we are happy to help.  In most instances we are able to ship within 24 to 72 hours, and we offer UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select to get the products to you faster. 

Do You Have A Print Catalogue?
Since the world of wedding favors is continually evolving and changing, we do not offer a print catalogue.  We continually add new products, and update our site weekly.

What Is Product Availability?
We carry most of the products featured on our website.  On occasion, products may be backordered which will be noted in the product description, with an expected in stock date. We make every effort to keep items in stock, however, during busy wedding season (April - September), some items may go out of stock unexpectedly or without notice. These situations are out of our control.

If an item is not in stock when you order it you will be notified via email or telephone as to when it will become available. If you cannot wait until the item is back in stock and cannot find an item on the site to replace it you will receive a full refund on your order.
If a product is backordered, you are welcome to place an order, but please note, your order will not ship until it comes back in stock in our inventory.

Can I Cancel My Order After It Is Placed?
You may cancel your order at anytime, as long as it has not been shipped.  Any canceled orders will be subject to 5% cancellation charge due to transaction fees we incur after your credit card is processed.  Please pay attention to minimum order quantities and out of stock items, as this will result in a 5% charge if your order is canceled.

What If My Item Is Damaged?
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, at our discretion. Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service.
We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair.
All damage or shortage claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS
